Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is focused on removing interference on the nervous system to restore optimal health. We do this through multiple chiropractic techniques including, but not limited to Diversified, Activator, Thompson, Logan Basic, Cox, and Craniosacral Technique. We've treated patients from 1 day old to 106 years old!

Massage Therapy

Our licensed massage therapists have a combined 60 years of experience to provide the best in deep tissue, neuromuscular massage, sports, prenatal, pediatric massage, labor preparation, hot stones, and more. Our techniques help reduce stress and restore active motion.

Therapy

We utilize physical rehabilitation modalities such as electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, ultrasound/EMS combination, cold laser, microcurrent, decompression, and traction to reduce inflammation, decrease pain, and increase mobility.

I most recently had my own practice in Denver, CO, where my husband and I were raising our 2 young sons and infant daughter, all of whom I adjusted on the day they were each born!
